General Information

Ordering: Submit order via mail, fax: 919-844-0802,

Artwork: All orders that are to be imprinted or embroidered must be supplied with
camera-ready, black & white, color separated artwork. Location or layout
must be specified or we will use our best judgement. Please send art with
payment. Any art that requires preparation will be billed accordingly.

Proofs: Available upon request and will be billed accordingly.

Sizes: Sizes referenced on our web site are the actual insert size (menu paper size), not the size of the cover.

Colors: Colors shown in our web site may vary from the actual material colors. If you have any questions about color, please contact us for a free color swatch.

Production Time: Stock items will ship within 72 hours of receipt of order.
Menu covers with no imprinting will ship in 1-2 weeks. All other imprinted
or embroidered items will ship in 3-4 weeks of receipt of approved art
unless otherwise noted in this catalog.

Over/Under Runs: We reserve the right to ship 5% over or under on any order.

Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be cancelled
without written authorization from JR Sales Corp. This will be granted only
if merchandise has not been imprinted or embroidered. Set-up charges
are non-refundable.

Shipping: UPS ground or best way, unless otherwise specified.

F.O.B: Factory. Freight charges do apply to all products unless otherwise
noted in this catalog.

Terms: Orders accepted with PO or contact name with title. Prepayment
required on all first time orders. Company check, money order, Visa or
Mastercard accepted. Repeat orders require a 50% deposit. Shipping and
handling and tax (where applicable) are added to order.

Returns: No returns without authorization from JR Sales Corp. Customer will
pay return freight. Refund subject to return condition. Stock items
subject to a 25% restocking fee or $25.00, whichever is greater. Absolutely
no returns accepted after 30 days of shipment. Imprinted and embroidered items
must be checked immediately after receipt. JR Sales Corp. takes no
responsibility after 10 days of shipment.
